Make cellulite go away, not just by eating healthy and exercising

Q: What makes cellulite in your legs go away?? Other than eating healthy and exercising?
I've lost 20 pounds from having two children and I am swimming 100 laps a day in an Olympic pool, and have been for 1 month. I've lost weight, but not the cellulite on the backs of my legs. Any remedies??
