Cellulite arms!!!???!

Can cellulite occur on other parts of body than legs and thighs? Yes, and one of the most obnoxious ways to manifest it self surely is on arms, upper arms or belly. Cellulite could easiliy appear at any of those body parts. Bumps on arms are a nightmare, but there are ways to get rid of them.

But, how to fight cellulite on arms? There are many advices, opinions and solutions. So, here they are..

Work out, exercise
  • rubber stretch bands - hold one end of the band in each hand with your palms facing each other and position it under your feet. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart and bend slightly forward from your waist with your back straight, straighten arms so they are out in front of you and parallel to floor. Pull sides of band toward you so your arms go on each side of your waist. Make sure your elbows go past shoulder point, move band back to starting position, do 3 sets, 20 reps each.
  • Holding the weights, raise your arms straight above your head and keep your elbows close to your ears as you slowly lower the weights behind your head. This great exercise targets cellulite in the back of your arms. Next, try a set of triceps kickbacks. Bend forward slightly at the hips and extend your arms behind you. Curl your arms, bringing the weights to your chest, and repeat the extension for an easy cellulite-burning move. To strengthen your biceps, try the hammer curl. Keep your elbows tight to your waist and slowly curl your arms up to isolate the biceps. Bring your arms down to your sides and repeat the curl. Finish this routine with push-ups to really target arm cellulite. Do 12 to 15 reps of each of exercise along with the other easy, effective moves in the entire Fight Cellulite Fast series. In just 10 minutes a day, you can banish cellulite, melt away fat, and contour your curves.
