The easiest way to lose cellulite in a timely manner (two weeks)


Q: What is the easiest way to lose cellulite from the back of your thighs in a timely manner? I am going to be a counselor at a summer camp in about 2 weeks and I have some cellulite on the back of my thighs that I would love to tone down a little bit before camp starts. I am not what you call a big girl, pretty much just average but, I can't seem to fix that unsightly area. Any ideas? Any would be appreciated :P

A:In just two weeks it's impossible to lose your cellulite, but you could work on reducing the appearance of cellulite. The best express ways of doing so are:
  • tanning - if you tan a little bit your lumps will be less visible, but don't go overtanning as it might look even worse
  • water - take good care not to dehydrate, as dehydration reveals cellulite even more
  • massaging, exfoliating, rubbing - do that while taking shower; your skin will immediately look smoother
  • use some home remedies for reducing cellulite during these two weeks
  • avoid alcohol and cigarettes - they dehydrate you, and make your skin look unhealthy
