Cellulite diet - day 2

Breakfast:
  • banana frappe - use 1 banana and 1,5 dl of milk
Between breakfast and lunch:
  • 40 g of dried fruit - apples, apricots, plums, pears...
Lunch:
  • pasta in mushroom sauce
  • pasta 40g
  • sauce: mushrooms 200 g, smashed garlic, cooking cream or yogurt 2 tbspns, salt, pepper, milled nuts, spices
Between lunch and dinner:
  • integral pastry
  • cheese 30g
Dinner:
  • integral bread - 1 slice
  • fresh cheese
  • salad: mango, vinegar 1 tbspn, orange juice 3 tbspns, salt, chili pepper
