- whole weed bread
- soy and cooked vegetables instead of meat
- pineapple 1/2
- integral bread 50g
- ham 30g
- salad: carrot, broccoli, green salad, yogurt, orange juice 1 tbspn, salt, chili pepper, mustard
- use tofu or seitan instead of meat
