Natural and very effective ways to reduce cellulite

Q: Are there natural and very effective ways to reduce cellulite?
I'm 5'6" and I weigh 121.5 pounds. I'm 18 years old, and I'm still in college. My waistline is 28.5" and my hips measure 33.5", in case it helps.

My stretch marks appear behind my thighs, near my butt, and on the top, front part of my thighs. They aren't very obvious, but it's visible when I wear a bikini.

I've tried using Nivea's Goodbye Cellulite for about a month, but I stopped because I didn't really see any difference, and because I misplaced it.

So, are there any proven methods you use to reduce cellulite? Something natural, for example, oats or the like. Or a massage technique perhaps? Personal experience would be highly valued. Thank you very much!

(It's actually kinda lumpy where there are stretch marks on my behind.)

Reduce cellulite and risk of getting more

Q: How can I reduce cellulite and risk of getting more?
I'm only 17 and I'm 5'5'' at about 120lbs. I can't really tell if what I have on my inner thighs is cellulite or stretch marks but I'll assume it's cellulite. Either way, I don't want it. Ugh. Is there any precautions I can take to reduce cellulite already on my body (exercises or anything)? Also, what can I do to make sure I get as little as possible in my future?

A: First, you can check here do you have stretch marks or cellulite.
There's also advices for preventing and losing stretch marks and cellulite.

For reducing cellulite I recommend you to do these things:
  • Walk, swim, run, dance...
  • Exercise at least half an hour a day
  • Drink lots of water - improves blood circulation, makes cellulite less visible
  • Eat health food
  • Brush and massage - also makes cellulite less visible, helps removing it, boosts circulation and skin looks healthier
  • Moisturize your skin
  • Take cold showers
  • Relax - stress could also cause cellulite accumulation

And avoid these things:
  • Junk food - it has "bad" calories (your body is not able to use them up, instead it stores them in form of fat, and fat becomes cellulite if pushed away from cells)
  • Alcohol, cigarettes - generally they're very bad for your skin tone, and improve the appearance of cellulite. Alcohol also dehydrates your body.
  • Physical inactivity - less physically active you are more calories don't end up burned but stored. Also inactivity makes your circulation worse, and so cellulite can form more easily.
  • Tight clothes - those are not good for your blood and lymph circulation, so avoid them if possible.
